This position is for a Pharmacologist to lead or be a key member of a program that utilizes targeted protein degradation modalities to create clinical products for cancer.

【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities 】

• Lead oncology projects or independently plan and conduct appropriate non-clinical pharmacological studies, including animal studies, necessary to advance oncology projects.
• Work in a team-oriented laboratory environment under the guidance of the manager and team leader, within cross-functional research teams (Product Creation, Oncology Research, EDTS, etc.) and other internal/external collaborators/stakeholders
• Prepare patent specifications for parts related to non-clinical pharmacology data for patent filing of drug candidates.
• Provide scientific leadership as representative in cross functional teams such as development team to contribute to the appropriate clinical development plan by generating high quality non-clinical pharmacology data.
• Provides leadership, mentorship, and scientific/technical guidance to junior staff.

【応募要件 / Qualifications 】
<必須 / Required >

• PhD with 5+ years or MS with 8+ years of relevant experience in pharmacology research
• Desire and ability to work in cross-functional, flexible and team-oriented environment
• Well-balanced communication skills (active & passive) in own language and in English
• Working knowledge of IND-enabling pharmacology studies
• Ability to execute on complex, multiple projects within strict timelines. Good time management skills
• Excellence and rigor in data interpretation skills, demonstrated by a successful track record

• Knowledge and experience on cancer research
• Experience in TPD field (e.g. PROTAC, Molecular glue etc.)
• Proficient in-vivo skills

①基本給:当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定

②裁量労働制の場合:裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて 50,000 ~ 100,000 円支給

③フレックスタイム制の場合:月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給

① Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability.

② When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000 ~ 100,000yen, based on the Grade)

③ When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
