The production operator is responsible for daily operations of the production floor; ensuring the shift meets established safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all applicable legal and ISO requirements. You can develop a career as a production shop floor supervisor at Pall in the future.

This position reports to the production group manager and is part of the production division of Nihon Pall Manufacturing Ltd. and will be located in Ami-machi, Inashiki-gun, Ibaraki prefecture. The work schedule is 3-shift.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Be vigilant in ensuring operations are safe and the quality at each operation meets our specifications.
- Be asked to build product according to established safety and quality procedures and work instructions.
- Complete appropriate documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures – including but not limited to routing information, batch control records, scrap/quality issues, and scorecards.

- 確立された安全および品質手順と作業指示に従って製品を製造します。

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge and usage of basic PC, ability to read and comprehend product drawings and written work instructions.
- Be able to work at 3-shifts (3-crew and 8-hours shift)
- 高等学校卒業以上、又は同等以上
- PCの知識と使用方法、製品図面や作業指示書を読んで理解する能力。
- 3交代勤務 (3乗務8時間勤務) が可能
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- 1+ year of work experience as a production operator in manufacturing plant
- 1+ year of experience in using Microsoft office.
- 製造工場における製造オペレータとして1年以上の実務経験
- Microsoft Officeの使用経験1年以上。
