As a
Data Center Technician
, you will continuously build technical skills by working with cutting-edge hardware, networking technologies, and cloud infrastructure, while supporting large-scale systems in a 24/7 production environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform break-fix support for servers, networking equipment, racks, and structured cabling
• Install, replace, and troubleshoot data center hardware and cabling
• Support server deployment, maintenance, and optimization activities
• Plan and commission new rack installations and infrastructure buildouts
• Work in a ticket-based environment, managing priorities and resolving escalations
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical and operations teams

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in a data center or mission-critical operations environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, cabling, and networking
• Comfortable working shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of data center operations, IT infrastructure, or hardware systems
• Willingness and ability to continuously learn new technologies and build technical skills
• Hands-on mindset with interest in working directly with servers, networking equipment, and physical infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, and weekends
• Fluent English, Japanese not Required

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of server hardware, storage, and networking concepts
• Familiarity with Linux, Windows Server, or basic command-line operations
• Experience with incident response, troubleshooting, or operational support
• Strong motivation to learn new technologies and operational best practices

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Openness to cross-training across hardware, networking, and infrastructure domains
• Comfortable working in a data center environment with noise, temperature variations, and secure access controls

Transportation will be paid, and additional shuttles from the station to the data center will be provided.
