終末期のがん、神経変性疾患、人工呼吸器を使用している方等、
医療依存度が高い方々を対象に、"第二の自宅"のような居心地の良い施設で、
「24時間365日の医療体制」を提供し、
生活支援、医療的ケアからターミナルケアまで一貫した支援を行います。
病院ではなく、住み慣れた地域で最期まで過ごすことができる施設にて、
自宅のように安心して過ごせるよう、一人ひとりにあったサービスを提供します*

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥235,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥45,000〜¥58,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年収:3,768,000円から
内訳:基本給161,000円/職能手当95,000円/業務手当58,000円
備考:上記には、月4回分の夜勤手当を含みます。
当社の他事業所へ月複数回ヘルプ勤務を実施いただくことがあります。
※業務手当は30時間分の固定残業代として支給。超過分は別途支給。
※試用期間3カ月(労働条件の変更なし)

給与:274,000円から
年収:3,288,000円から
内訳:基本給161,000円/職能手当40,000円/業務手当45,000円/夜勤1回あたり7,000円

夜勤は月平均4回となりますが、回数が変動する場合もございますのでご了承ください。
