【募集職種:ビジネスデベロップメントアシスタント】
本ポジションは、新宿区を拠点としたフルタイム・ハイブリッド勤務(在宅勤務可)です。
ビジネスデベロップメントアシスタントとして、市場調査、パートナー企業との連携サポート、クライアント対応、戦略施策の実行サポートなど、多岐にわたる業務を担当していただきます。

【業務内容】
- 市場調査の実施およびデータ分析による新規事業機会の発見
- 旅行会社やパートナー企業との協業サポート
- クライアントからの問い合わせ対応および関係構築
- 戦略的プロジェクトや施策の企画・実行補助
- チームメンバーとの協力による業務改善・新アイデア提案
【応募資格】
- コミュニケーション能力・対人スキルに自信がある方
- 市場調査やデータ分析に興味があり、論理的に物事を考えられる方
- カスタマーサービス経験がある方、または人をサポートすることが好きな方
- 日本語と英語の両方に対応できる方は歓迎
- 自主的に行動し、責任感を持って仕事に取り組める方
- 旅行・観光業界に興味がある方、または関連経験がある方優遇
- 成長中のチームで、自分の意見やアイデアを形にしていきたい方大歓迎
