業務詳細
IT予算管理(データ整理、予実差異分析、ITコストの詳細管理)
契約管理(更新管理、照合作業)
IT資産および台帳管理(在庫管理、監査対応)
購買から検収・支払処理までの業務(見積取得、発注処理、請求書確認、経理部門との連携)
社内コミュニケーション(IT部門、経理、法務、その他関連部門との連携)
必須スキル
事務・管理業務の実務経験(IT部門、経理、購買など)
Excel/スプレッドシートの高いスキル(VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル等)
契約書・請求書の照合における高い正確性
