【職務内容】
認証サーバー製品のプリセールスエンジニア『NetAttest EPS』の紹介や提案、それに関わる業務全般(検証、QA対応、PoC支援、仕様作成等) ※『NetAttest EPS』は弊社の、RADIUS認証サーバーおよび電子証明書の認証局となる製品です。

【具体的には】
・社内営業部門、各営業所、販売パートナーの顧客案件への説明同行、機能説明&デモンストレーション、技術QA対応・トライアルユーザーへの技術支援・社内各部門からの技術相談、勉強会などの支援・販売パートナー向け勉強会、トレーニングによる技術力向上支援・連携サービス(製品)との技術検証・社内や社外向けの技術資料や公開コンテンツの作成 ・担当製品のプリセールス活動で得られた顧客または販売パートナーからの要望、提案を製品機能へフィードバック ※該当製品の専門的な問い合わせや確認、お客様からのフィードバックなどで開発部門部門とやり取りすることも多い(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
