事故に関するご相談に対応する受信メイン
「困っているお客様」をサポートする、
社会貢献度の高い業務です。

- 自動車事故や故障に関する受付業務
- 事故にかかわる相談の受電
- 保険事故に関する一般的なご相談対応
- 付帯する事務作業
- 対応履歴のデータ入力、関係部署への情報連携など

- 自動車事故に伴う連絡
- 自動車の故障に伴うレッカー依頼の入電

手元見ながら入力ができる方
1分間に60文字程度の入力ができる方
基本的なPC操作ができる方(Ctrl+c、Ctrl+vなど)
対話しながらタイピングできる方

12:00~21:00(休憩1時間・実働8時間)

土日祝を含めた週4~5日

雇用契約は株式会社エクセレントコアと結びますが、仕事は請負先で行われるため、
勤務先住所は当社の事業所住所とは異なります。
