【仕事内容】
《社団法人日本自動車連盟 JAF》
うれしい繁忙時間・期間手当つき
車やバイクの故障・事故の受付
専用マップで車の位置特定がメインです
- お伺いする内容
・お客様の個人情報、車種
・現在位置(県の駅から北に進んで、踏切を過ぎた所にある駐車場)
・状況(パンク、バッテリー上がり・・etc)
他にも、
案内内容の入力もございます。
【給与】
時給1,460円
- 交通費支給 上限30,000円/月
- 集合研修・OJT研修1,400円/時です
1)独り立ち後1,460円
2)1年後1,480円
3)2年後1,510円 以降、その後 SSV1,550円1,600円SV1,700円1,800円
\繁忙時間手当・繁忙期手当アリ/
・着台後、18時~22時の稼働の間は+100円/時UP
・GW、お盆、年末年始は、
6時間以上勤務2,000円/日
4時間以上6時間未満の勤務1,500円/日
4時間未満の勤務1,000円/日を支給

- 週3日~
- 1日5h~OK

- 実働10h、休憩1h(最大、週4日勤務)

シフト作成について
前月の10日前後に白紙のカレンダーに希望休を提出。
- 選択した勤務時間で160時間/月までのシフトが組まれ25日前後に返却。
微調整後、月末確定。
【資格・経験】
- 電話での対応業務経験者(事務経験のみでも可)
- PC入力ができる方
- 土日祝含む週3日以上勤務できる方
- 未経験の方も活躍しております
【休日・休暇】
土日祝、長期休暇含むシフト制
希望休について
週4~:5日間/月まで
週3 :9日間/月まで

- 集合研修(1ヶ月)
週5日、9:30~17:30(休憩1時間)
10名程度で約1ヶ月(座学、ロープレ、端末操作)
- OJT研修(2ヶ月)
週4-5日、9:00~18:00(シフト勤務)
実際のお客様からの問合わせをお聞きし端末へ入力。
そばにSVがいるので安心
研修途中、着台前にある計3回の試験に合格すると着台へ
