仕事内容:

会員数8,000名を超える歯科系学会の学術大会運営、事務局業務を担当いただきます。

まずはご自身のスキルに合った業務に慣れてもらい、ゆくゆくは下記業務を中心にお任せします

■業務例

・学術大会運営業務

・書類作成、電話・メール応対、データ入力、発送業務など事務業務全般

・議事録作成業務

・パンフレット、抄録等の作成業務

・年に7日程度、学術大会、研修会受付業務有(休日出勤あり、振替休暇付与)

・年に5日程度、研修会等に伴う出張業務有(休日出勤あり、振替休暇付与)

学術大会や研修会の企画・運営、会員管理、認定制度、理事会に関する業務など、幅広い業務を担当しています。

少数精鋭の団体のため業務の幅は広いですが、その分やりがいも大きく、ご自身のスキルアップも望むことができます。

また、残業時間も月平均6~7時間と少ないため、ワークライフバランスを保ちながら充実した毎日を送ることができます。

【必須条件・スキル】

・PC基本操作必須(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、PCメール)

・周りとのコミュニケーションを大切にし、能動的に業務に取り組める方

【歓迎スキル】

・イベント運営業務のご経験がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:30~17:30(休憩60分)

休暇・休日:

・休日:土曜日、日曜日、祝日、週休二日制(年間休日:127日)

・その他:夏季休暇(毎年4日間)、年末年始休暇(毎年12月29日~1月4日)

・6ヶ月経過後の年次有給休暇日数:10日

勤務地:

・年に5日程度、研修会等に伴う出張業務有(休日出勤あり、振替休暇付与)

・屋内完全禁煙

アクセス:

東京メトロ半蔵門線 半蔵門駅 徒歩1分

東京メトロ有楽町線 麴町駅 徒歩5分

給与:

・月給 ¥250,000以上※残業代別途支給

・昇給年1回、賞与年2回(6月、12月)※平均合計3ヶ月分(1.5ヶ月×2回)

・通勤手当(月25,000円上限)

その他:

雇用形態: 正社員

給与・報酬: 250,000円 (月給) 以上
