クライアント様の ECサイトを運営代行している会社です。
【仕事内容】
・電話・WEBでのお客様対応(メール、電話)
・ECサイトのWEB上での注文の進捗管理。
・一般事務、請求書発行など
どの業務もマニュアル完備パソコンの基本操作ができればOK
特別なスキル等は必要ありません。
【1日の仕事の流れ】
10:00~11:30 お客様からのお問い合わせへ返信対応(メール等WEB対応)基本はテンプレートを利用した返信対応となります。
11:30~13:00 出荷依頼作業。ご注文状況を確認して倉庫へ出荷依頼をします。
13:00~14:00 休憩
14:00~16:00 お客様からのお問い合わせへ返信対応
16:00~17:00 お客様への発送連絡
※勤務中、お客様よりお問い合わせのお電話あった場合、対応していただきます。おおよそ1日4~6件程度の対応となります。
※時々、出荷対応もございます。週に2~5件程。
求める人材:
- 高卒以上
- 基本的なPC操作ができる方
- 未経験者OK
- フリーターさん歓迎
- お仕事のブランクがある方OK
- 主婦(夫)さん歓迎
