ソラストは、通勤可能な範囲にたくさんの介護事業所を運営しています。だから、2つ以上の施設で勤務する施設兼務介護スタッフという働き方が可能施設ごとの利用者さまの状態に応じたケア、各施設のスタッフとのコミュニケーションを通じて、日々多様なことを経験、学ぶことができます介護スキルの向上にピッタリです
