グローバルおよびマーケットの戦略に基づき、チームと協業してビジネスアカウントのポートフォリオに対する営業オペレーションを実行する。

Functional
Key Responsibilities:

  • BPOチームと連携し、営業チームの業務およびプロセス改善をサポートし、ビジネスの向上と顧客満足を実現する。
  • ポリシーとコンプライアンスに従い、得意先からのコールオフデータを正確かつタイムリーに処理する。ステータスやイシューをアカウント/チーム・マネージャーに報告する。
  • 営業オペレーション業務を正確かつ迅速に遂行する。
  • 全てのアカウントに関する社内外の問い合わせに迅速かつ効率的に対応する。
  • 関連チーム(例:営業、SCM、ファイナンス、マーケティング、CTC)や得意先との関係を維持し、円滑なビジネス進行を支援する。
  • アカウント・マネージャーの営業活動をサポートするためのデータ調整を行う。

Knowledge Skills And Abilities

  • スポーツ用品業界および卸売・小売に関する深い理解
  • 戦略的思考と、クロスファンクショナル・チームと協働してイニシアチブを推進する能力
  • 高いコミュニケーション能力
  • 高度なデータベース管理スキル
  • ITスキル:Excel(応用的な関数)、PPT(基本的な作成・編集)含むMS Officeの高度なスキル、SAPの知識(出荷伝票の作成・在庫確認)
  • 基本的な会計知識

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • 大学卒業(ビジネス)または同等の学歴
  • 社内外の顧客と直接接する職務において最低3年の実務経験を有する。スポーツ用品 / アパレル業界での2年以上の実務経験があれば尚可
  • 営業サポート業務経験優遇
  • 英語:読み書き・会話で中級レベル
  • 日本語:母国語レベル
