仕事概要
【会社概要】 「物流をもっと簡単、シンプルに」というコンセプトで、2014年10月にサービスを開始しました。 急成長するEC市場の多くを占める中小規模の事業者の出荷・在庫管理ニーズを、倉庫の空きスペースを活用して実現するクラウドサービスは当初口コミを中心に広がり成長し、現在は5,300社様(13,000アカウント)に導入頂いております。 【弊社のサービスについて】 EC事業者などの荷主さまが、PC・スマホからまるっと物流業務を外注できるプラットフォームです。 一方で倉庫業者さまに対しては、弊社の提携倉庫(パートナー)となっていただくことで、荷主とのマッチングとクラウドWMS(倉庫管理システム)の提供を通しEC倉庫化・業務効率化を支援しています。 モノをつくる人とそれを必要とする人を結ぶ機能が全てネットワークでつながり、需要と供給が最適化される。 新たな価値経済圏をつくる「物流の未来を、動かす」会社へと進化していきます。 【業務内容について】 EC事業者さま、倉庫さま、双方からの問い合わせの一次対応を担う組織において、対応実務と効率的な仕組みづくりを行っていただきます。ただ問い合わせに対して対応するだけではなく、効率的な業務フローの設計やKPI管理に基づく分析、サービス改善のための提案業務など企画的な要素も担っていただく点がポイントです。 具体的には下記業務を想定しています。 ・メール・チャットによる問い合わせに対する対応 ・各メンバーからのエスカレーション対応 ・業務KPI管理、問い合わせ内容の分析 ・業務フロー設計や業務改善、効率化の推進 ・サービス改善のため、倉庫や他部署との調整、提案 【ポジションの魅力】 ・【EC×物流】という複雑な業界特性上、顧客によって商材・規模感・売り方が異なり、それに応じて課題が千差万別です。そのため他部署へのパス含めフロー構築が非常に複雑であり、レベルの高い仕組みづくりに挑戦していただくことができます。 ・サービスの成長にあわせ、スタッフのマネジメント、エスカレーション受け、サポートに関する企画・運用、生産性向上のための各種施策を担当いただきますが、現在のサポート方法にこだわらず、どんどん提案ができる環境です。 ・まだまだ成長段階の組織であるため 自ら積極的に組織づくりに関わっていただけます。
必須スキル
・コールセンター、カスタマーサポート等のご経験 ・メールを利用したカスタマーサポート経験
歓迎スキル
・ 事業会社でのカスタマーサポート経験 ・ toC向けのカスタマーサポート経験 ・5名以上の規模感に対するKPI管理含むマネジメント経験 ・ FAQ、ナレッジの管理経験 ・ Zendeskなど一般的な顧客対応ツールの利用経験 ・ データに基づいた改善分析(クライアントへのレポーティング経験)
