イ.日本国籍を有しない方で、就職を制限されている在留資格の方

雇用期間:

2026年4月1日~2026年9月30日

※採用日から6カ月は試用期間。以降、業務の必要性、勤務成績および財団の経営状況により、契約を更新する場合があります(通算契約期間5年まで)。ただし、雇用契約期間は1回の雇用契約につき1年以内とし、一会計年度を超えません。

業務内容:

【音楽コンサートの主催者をサポートする管理課のお仕事】

  • 貸館公演等に関すること

・貸館公演の受付、資料作成、伝票作成

・ホールの貸し出しを担当し、コンサートを開催する主催者のサポートをするお仕事です。

  • 公演来場者対応

・コンサート開催時のお客様対応

  • その他札幌コンサートホールの運営に必要な業務

就業時間:

1日あたりの勤務時間は7時間45分(週38時間45分)。業務に応じ、昼間勤務及び夜間勤務があります。

ア. 9時 00分 〜 17時 30分(休憩45分)

イ.13時 30分 〜 22時 00分(休憩45分)

ウ.8時 30分 〜 17時 00分(休憩45分)

エ.7時 30分 〜 16時 00分(休憩45分)

※「ア」の勤務が主となります。

※ 当番や貸館公演の時間帯により「イ」「ウ」の勤務が週数回、「エ」の勤務がまれにあります。

ア.週休2日制(シフト制のため、土日が必ずしも休日になるとは限りません。)

イ.国民の祝日に関する法律に規定する休日に相当する日数で、別に定める日

賃金:

月給 188,078円

※令和8年2月現在。地域手当3%を含む。

※6カ月以上継続勤務した場合、勤務成績により昇給の場合あり(年1回、4月のみ)。

交通費:

実費支給(上限55,000円)
