【仕事内容】

業務課題の掘り起しからAIや機械学習で解決できる課題への落とし込み、モデル作成、評価、システム実装、運用まで一気通貫で行っています。具体的な業務内容は次の通りです:

・市場業務高度化に資する様々なデータの分析を通じた業務効率化

・AWSのマネージドサービスを活用したデータ分析基盤の構築・拡張

市場企画部 市場エンジニアリング室 DX推進Gr(市場系データサイエンティスト並びに14名、市場系デジタル開発18名)※

※協働運営をしている三菱UFJモルガン・スタンレー証券市場エンジニアリング室の兼務者を含みます

・OSSコミットや外部の登壇、アウトリーチ活動を積極的に支援、推進しています(国内外イベント登壇、外部媒体掲載実績多数あり)

【求める人材】

・機械学習モデルを用いたアプリケーションに求められるインフラの要件定義、設計レビューの実務経験が1年以上

・金融機関という情報管理要件の厳しい環境下で、粘り強く業務に取り組める方

・Python、R、C#、C++等を用いた、データサイエンティスト・機械学習エンジニアとしての実務経験が1年以上

・金融業務あるいは同等に情報管理要件の厳しい環境下でのクラウド環境の設計・実務経験

・AWSでの実務経験

・MLOps基盤の構築・運用経験

【給与】

年収600~1300万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
