<仕事内容>

タクシー乗務員として、お客様を目的地に

お送りするサービス業であり接客業です。

品物を運ぶ運送業ではありませんので、

お客様に丁寧に対応できる人柄が大事です。

営業エリアは、品川区を拠点に、

東京23区、武蔵野市、三鷹市であれば

自由に営業ができます。

具体的な仕事内容

■乗客の送迎

■料金の管理

■車両の管理

■道を把握する

■勤怠管理 など

07:00 出社

07:20 始業点呼

07:30 アルコールチェック

07:40 出庫

09:30 品川駅方面

11:00 東京駅方面

12:00 ランチ・休憩

14:00 恵比寿・青山方面

15:30 帰社

15:40 終業点呼

15:45 帰宅

<研修について>

6ヵ月間の営収向上勉強会(研修制度)を

行っております。

研修の講師は営収上位ドライバー5名が

担当しています。

月1回×6ヶ月間に渡り7名前後での座談会形式で、

人ひとりの営業日報を

基に1日の営業内容をチェック。

時間帯や場所(町名)、営収金額を分析し、

その場で的確なアドバイスを行い

個人のスキルアップをサポートしています。

初めてタクシーの仕事をするにあたり、

不安は尽きないと思います。

天龍交通では、未経験の方の不安を

少しでも解消できればと、

3ヶ月×30万円の給与保証を行っています。

給与保証とは、乗務開始後1~3ヵ月間は

30万円が保証される制度です。

例えば、1ヵ月目の給与が188,670円だとしても、

給与保証制度があるため30万円が支給されます。

(営収の給与換算と給与保証30万円を比較して多い方を支給)

6ヵ月間の営収向上勉強会(研修制度)を

行っております。

■隔日勤務の勤務体系はプライベートが充実

隔日勤務のタクシー乗務は月11~12乗務、

残りの18~19日は休みとなる勤務体系です。

そのため異業種からタクシードライバーへの

転職者に多いコメントとしては、

・プライベートで自由な時間が持てるようになった。

・休日は寝るだけだったが趣味を楽しめるようになった。

・常に寝不足だったのが好きなだけ寝れるようになった。

タクシーの仕事は1乗務の勤務時間が長いですが、

翌日は休みとなるためしっかりと身体を

休めることができるのがメリットです。

また月に2回は3連休があるので

プライベートに時間を使うことが出来ます。

給与:

月給 30万円 〜 70万円

基本給:月給 30万円 〜 70万円
