「仕事内容」

1. 工事計画(ディレクション)

・スケジュール作成

・工程表作成

・資材・職人の手配

・設計チームとの打合せ

・予算・原価の管理

2. 現場管理(店舗内装メイン)

飲食店 / 美容室 / 保育園 / オフィスなど

"店舗案件に特化した現場管理"です。

・進捗確認・工程管理

・安全管理(危険予知・事故防止)

・品質管理(図面通りに仕上がっているか確認)

・トラブル時の調整対応

3. 関係者との調整

・施主・設計との打合せ

・協力業者・職人との調整

・他工種(電気設備など)とのすり合わせ

4. 書類作成・記録業務

・日報・写真管理

・書類作成

・完成報告書・図面整理

・実績用写真データ整理(任意)

5. 引き渡し対応

・完成検査の立会い

・是正対応

勤務時間・曜日:

・朝8時に出社、夕方17時解散が基本

・早上がりあり

・夜間や土日案件はシフト制で対応
