仕事内容
『森塾』の教室長候補【東京】【東証STD/ノルマ無・成績アップがミッション】
【仕事内容】
今春12校が開校。全国に241校舎展開中の小中高生を対象とした個別指導塾「森塾」の教室長候補として、生徒指導や講習案内、メンバーとのチームビルディングをお任せします。
・アルバイト講師のマネジメント
・一人ひとりの生徒に応じた学習プランの作成
・入塾説明会にお越しいただいた保護者様の対応
・学習指導(自社教材並びにマニュアルがあるため事前準備不要です)

22:30には完全退社していただきます※PC自動シャットダウン
同社は1校舎に正社員が平均3名在籍しておりアルバイトメンバー(大学生)は約40人程度在籍しておりますので、急なお休みも取りやすい環境です。また完全週休2日制(シフト制、基本は日曜+平日)で繁忙期に休日出勤が発生した際も振替休日を取得可能が可能です。
※土曜日は授業ではなく保護者面談やミーティングなどがメインです。

【年収・給与】
年収:500~600 万円月給制基本給:236500円残業代:固定残業代制固定残業時間:45時間固定残業代:133500円超過分は全額支給変動手当:住宅手当 月20,000円※付与条件あり引越手当 同一県内・都内引越の方に20万円、都内から都内に引越しの場合30万円、県外引越の方に30万円支給通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり9000円) 会社規定に基づく賞与:あり 年2回(4月・9月)昇給:あり 年1回(10月)
