Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with US module teams to determine specifications.
- Provide feedback to drive design and process improvements based on sample results.
- Prepare products and processes for manufacturing transfer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Micro Mechanics, Numerical Simulation, or related field.
- Understanding of RF characteristics (filters, S parameters, NWA, PA, etc.).
- Data analysis skills (Excel, JMP, analysis tools, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Experience as a project leader driving project advancement.
