Job Description

• Determine specifications with our US module team.
• Improve designs and processes through feedback based on sample results.
• Prepare products and processes for transfer to manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. in engineering, electrical engineering, micro mechanics, numerical simulation, or related fields.
• Understanding of RF characteristics (filters, S parameters, NWA, PA, etc.).
• Data analysis skills (Excel, JMP, analytical tools, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on technology and interpersonal relationships.
• Communication and negotiation skills with other departments and customers.
• Project leader experience in promoting projects.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
