Position 1: BD Manager
What You'll Do
As a BD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our sales presence and building long-term partnerships with integrators, channel partners, and clients. Your key responsibilities include:
- Own and exceed regional/customer-specific sales targets by independently acquiring new integrator clients, expanding product penetration, and growing market share.
- Develop data-driven customer acquisition strategies for your assigned territory, while designing long-term partnership roadmaps to ensure sustained business growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with channel partners—your goal will be to secure the company's inclusion in their vendor systems and position our products as the preferred choice for key projects.
- Stay updated on the company's product portfolio, service offerings, and industry trends to proactively address client needs and provide informed solutions to listed accounts.
- Leverage your hands-on experience with Direct View LED technology to support demo shootouts, troubleshoot technical questions, and showcase product capabilities to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the UK team to deliver end-to-end support for channel partners, integrators, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle (from planning to implementation).
- Deliver client-centric support including "Lunch and Learn" sessions, sales training workshops, local trade show presence, and on-site demo assistance—tailored to regional market needs.
What We're Looking For

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in sales, engineering, or project management within the LED industry.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional communication skills—able to collaborate effectively with global teams, clients, and partners.
- A client-first mindset, with a track record of solving complex client challenges and delivering tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Position2:Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the core driver of regional sales performance, with key responsibilities including:
- Develop targeted sales strategies for your assigned market segment, take full ownership of sales targets, and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Provide comprehensive support to channel partners and distributors: Maintain regular communication with existing customers via calls and emails; proactively reach out to potential clients and vendors to expand business connections.
- Focus on customer base expansion: Identify new business opportunities, develop leads, and convert potential clients into long-term partners.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team to facilitate DEMO requests, ensuring timely and effective support for client needs.
- Prepare accurate sales calculations and quotations based on current pricing standards, ensuring transparency and correctness in client communications.
- Represent the company at industry tradeshows, training sessions, conferences, and events: Promote brand value, build industry networks, and attract new clients.
- Manage end-to-end client follow-ups: Track order progress, payment status, and delivery schedules; ensure smooth execution from initial inquiry to final fulfillment.
What We're Looking For
We seek a results-driven, client-focused professional with AV/LED industry expertise. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree is required; an Engineering degree is preferred. Professional experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in the AV/LED industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact professionally and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, colleagues, contingent workers, clients, and vendors.
- Technical insight: Deep understanding of visual display products (such as LED, LCD, Projector) is preferred, with the ability to explain product advantages to clients.
- Industry experience: Previous working experience in top rental & distribution enterprises, system integrator companies, or the Pro Audio/Video industry is highly valued.
- Mindset & values: Self-motivated, client-oriented, and aligned with core values of honesty, gratitude, and responsibility.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel nationally or internationally throughout the year for business meetings, tradeshows, training, demos, and other work-related events.
