We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for domestic and foreign business development of AI data services, implement and complete the annual business plan, and be responsible for business goals and performance indicators.
- Independently complete business negotiations and pre-sales communication, plan cooperation projects and progress implementation, and complete business matters such as cooperation negotiation, contract terms negotiation and contract signing.
- Maintain good customer relationship, visit customers regularly, follow up project progress in time, and grasp customer needs and project status.
- Deeply understand the various needs of business partners, design external cooperation strategies for data business ecology; internally coordinate team resources such as products and operations, optimize business cooperation processes, and promote efficient implementation of projects.
- Track the latest developments in the industry, collect and sort out customer and market information in the industry, discover opportunities and form reports to provide basis for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in AI industry, experience in data collection and labeling services is preferred, and successful sales and bidding experience for large-scale projects above one million.
- Understand the field of data collection and labeling, familiar with the cooperation models of related industries, and has strong business development and coordination capabilities.
- Clear logic, sense of responsibility, proactive, strong ability to resist pressure, able to complete difficult tasks independently.
- Result-driven, good at communication and negotiation skills.
- Business travel as needed.
