■技術職のステップアップ
まずは、製品評価(期待通りに動作するか、バグや不具合が発生していないか)、修理、技術解析からスタート。
製品評価では、製品に不具合がどのような環境や状況で発生するかを繰り返し試験し、不具合が起きた製品に関しては修理を行い、原因を解析した結果をフィードバックします。先輩エンジニアが携わっている開発案件のサポートをし、製品知識が身についてきたらエンジニアとして営業に同行し、顧客技術者と折衝、技術的課題を整理・サポートしていただきます。
技術課題に対しては台湾親会社の技術スタッフとも連携しながら解決していただく場面もあります。
