- 量産製品の生産計画立案、及び、実行・管理
- 製品開発チームと連携した必要な製品や部品のリサーチ・評価・交渉・購買
- 各種発注業務
- サプライヤ管理、在庫管理
- 輸出入・貿易実務、月次処理・契約管理業務
- プロセスの改善による持続的なQCD最適化
Requirements
必須要件
- 強いオーナーシップ、細部への注意と高いタスクマネジメント能力
- メカトロニクス製品の設計・開発における知識
- ハードウェアプロダクトに関する調達・生産管理・購買経験 2年以上
- 工学学士号、または技術関連業界での同等の実務経験
- 社内外のステークホルダーと連携するコミュニケーション能力
- 日本語力(ネイティブレベル)、英語力(ビジネスレベル以上)
望ましい要件
- 中国語力(ベンターとの交渉)
- 自動化・ロボット部品調達経験

Rapyuta Robotics is committed to accelerating the social implementation of robotics, seeking talented and motivated individuals who are eager to tackle challenging problems. We are a company dedicated to creating next-generation robotics platforms. In our Automated Forklift Product Team, you'll lead the procurement, purchasing, production, and management of mass-produced products, as well as planning and procurement of new products. You'll also be responsible for QCD optimization through process improvement. This role involves communicating with various stakeholders both within and outside the company, domestically and internationally, making it a pivotal position in driving core procurement, production, and purchasing management tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, execution, and management of production plans for mass-produced products.
- Collaborating with the product development team for research, evaluation, negotiation, purchasing, and ordering of necessary products and components.
- Supplier and inventory management.
- Handling export-import and trade practices, monthly processing, and contract management.
- Continuous QCD optimization through process improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong ownership.
- Knowledge in the design and development of mechatronics products.
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement, production management, and purchasing of hardware products.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience in a technology-related field.
- Attention to detail and high task management ability.
- Communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Business-level or above proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Chinese (for negotiations with vendors).
- Business-level or above proficiency in English.
- Experience in procurement of automation and robot parts.
- Experience working in a startup.
