前例ないミッション達成を目指すLuupで、人事も前例のないチャレンジを非連続に仕掛けていきたいと考えています。

「街じゅうを「駅前化」するインフラをつくる」というミッション実現のため、人と組織の側面から成長にレバレッジをかけるリクルーターを募集します「採用」で組織にレバレッジをかける役割を担います。

【業務内容】

・役員、部長陣とのコミュニケーション(採用=最重要経営課題のため、コミュニケーション頻度が多いです)

・各種母集団形成施策の企画・実行推進(採用広報含む)

・ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション

・各選考前後の進捗者/エージェントとのコミュニケーション

・各種媒体検討/導入

部長1名、社員2名、業務委託4名

アピールポイント:

株式会社Luupは、"街じゅうを「駅前化」するインフラをつくる"をミッションに掲げ、電動キックボードや電動アシストなど電動マイクロモビリティのシェアリングサービス「LUUP(ループ)」を日本各地で展開しています。

街には「ポート」という移動のハブがあり、いつでもポートからポートへ電動マイクロモビリティに乗って移動することができます。 かつて鉄道の駅が街を発展させたように、LUUPのポートを街じゅうに設置することで人が集まる場所をつくり、街じゅうを駅前のように活性化していきます。LUUPを通して、移動におけるさまざまな問題を解決し、新たな街の未来を創造します。

現在は、東京・横浜・大阪・京都・神戸・宇都宮・名古屋・広島・仙台・福岡でサービスを展開しており、2024年10月時点で10,000ポート以上を運営しています。

将来的には、電動マイクロモビリティの普及によるCO2削減と、ご高齢の方も乗ることができる新しい電動モビリティの導入を実現し、すべての人が安全・便利に移動できる持続可能な社会をつくることを目指します。

求める人材:

必須スキル

<経験>

・事業会社での採用経験5年以上

・1000万円以上のハイレイヤー層もしくは、エンジニア職種の中途採用経験3年以上

<スキル>

・基本的なPCスキル(ドキュメンテーションツール等のソフトウェアアプリケーションが使用できること)

・ソフトウェア、ハードウェアへの興味・関心

歓迎スキル

・多様なステークホルダーとの関係構築力

・採用業務及び採用プロセスの構築/改善/運用経験

・変化の激しいスタートアップにおける人事業務経験

・逆算した従業員体験の設計・企画・運用経験

・その他、変化の激しい急成長企業における人事業務経験

・ブログ等での豊富なドキュメンテーション力、またはアウトプット経験

・人事/採用施策において新しい手法の開発及び実行経験

・人事/採用業務以外のビジネス経験

・不確実な状況でも積極的に行動し、必要となる人材を定義し、採用〜定着までを実行した経験
