まずは自分の担当地域の土地オーナー様に対し、

世間話やご挨拶など少しずつ信頼関係を築いてください。

そうした世間話の積み上げが信頼関係を構築していきます。

丁寧に時間をかけるからこそ、土地オーナー様と家族のような信頼関係を築けます。

【具体的な業務内容】

・ヒアリング

・税金や相続に関するアドバイス

・立地やエリアを考慮したプランや資金計画の立案・作成

・ご成約・着工・完成

・丁寧なアフターフォロー

・各業務に関わる事務業務 など

【ポイント】

・最初は顔を覚えて頂くことから

数多くのお客様と日常会話ができる関係をつくることが最初の目標です。

時間をかけて、土地や将来などの相談をされる関係づくりが大事です。

・提案やご契約時は課長と支店長がフォロー

人間関係が出来れば、その後は支店長と課長が加わり

「土地診断」「建物計画」「建物賃貸事業提案」などを一緒に進めていきます。

・PCで文字入力ができる方(基本操作ができればOK)

勤務時間・曜日:

フレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間:8時間、休憩時間:1時間)

コアタイム:11:30〜17:30

※9:00〜17:30の時間帯に勤務している社員が中心です。

※フレキシブルタイムは7:00〜20:00です。

※上記フレキシブルタイムから、所定労働時間8時間・休憩1時間で勤務しております。(勤怠管理より、超過の場合はアラート)

※新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止のため、時間差出勤も実施しており、9:30始業のパターンもございます。

※月4回ノー残業デイを実施しています。会社全体で、残業時間削減に努めています。

平均月給:28万円 +歩合給

※初契約までの平均所要月数は約7ヶ月です。

初契約までしっかりと先輩社員がサポートします

※歩合給の支給は契約成立時ではなく工事開始日での支給となります。

入社4カ月以内に初契約をした方を対象に、新人賞50万円を支給

2500万円/シニアアドバイザー/月給36万円+歩合給

1890万円/入社3年目/月給36万円+歩合給

700万円/入社1年目/月給28万円+歩合給
