世界シェアNo.1のHonda二輪(内燃機関車)の開発部門にて、電装部品・システムに関する技術・研究開発業務をお任せ致します。

【具体的には】

●電装領域の先行開発、量産開発

●機種開発の設計もしくは研究(実験・テスト部門)のプロジェクトリーダー業務

●製品の仕様検討、基本設計

●試作車のテスト、適合性の評価、解析

●サプライヤー折衝(詳細設計・開発・テスト)

●市場不具合の対策検討

※お持ちのご経験・スキルに応じて上記いずれかの業務をお任せします

※専門性や適性、会社ニーズなどを踏まえ、会社が定める業務への配置転換を命じる場合があります

【働き方】

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥491,666 〜 ¥908,333は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥20,720〜¥38,394(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
