未経験OK建設プロジェクトを支える【業者のスケジュール調整のお仕事】研修充実◎残業少なめ

【仕事内容】

あなたにお任せするのは、マンションや商業施設などの建設プロジェクトが、計画通りスムーズに進むためのサポート業務です。

特に、様々な工事を担当する**職人さんや協力会社のスタッフさんとの「スケジュール調整」**が、あなたの一番大切なミッションになります。

「来週、内装工事の業者さんが入れるように、電気工事を今日中に終わらせてもらおう」

「資材が届く日に合わせて、トラックと職人さんを手配しよう」

まるでパズルを組み立てるように、工事の日程を調整していく、プロジェクトの「司令塔」のような役割です

<具体的なお仕事>

協力会社とのスケジュール調整(メイン業務)

└ 電話やメールで「〇日のご都合いかがですか?」と各業者さんに連絡し、工事日程を組み立てていきます。

書類作成・データ入力

└ 請求書や申請書など、決まったフォーマットに入力するカンタンな事務作業です。

電話・メール対応

└ 現場の担当者や業者さんからの問い合わせに対応します。

進捗状況の確認

└ 「工事は予定通り進んでいますか?」と現場の状況をヒアリングし、記録します。

カンタンな図面の修正

└ 現場からの指示通りに、専用ソフトを使って修正します。操作方法はイチから丁寧にお教えしますのでご安心ください

【入社後の流れ】未経験でも安心の研修制度

入社後まずは、研修施設「J-CTEC」で3週間の導入研修からスタート

ビジネスマナーやPCの基本操作、建設業界の基礎知識、安全についてなど、仕事に必要なことは全てここで学べます。同期入社の仲間と一緒に学べるので心強いですよ

研修終了後、いよいよ各プロジェクトの事務所へ配属。先輩社員がOJTでしっかりサポートするので、少しずつ仕事に慣れていきましょう。

8:00~17:00または9:00~18:00

※プロジェクトにより異なります

・完全週休2日制(土・日)

給与:

〇月給:年齢、スキル、経験を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。

・月給23万1600円(一律支給の現場手当、通信費を含む)

〇残業代は別途支給します。

〇昇給:年1回(4月)

未経験者

・382万円/【入社1年目】/月給23万円+諸手当+賞与年2回

・504万円/【入社5年目】/月給31万円+諸手当+賞与年2回

・756万円/【入社10年目】/月給46万円+諸手当+賞与年2回
