【職務概要】

各種グロース・マーケティング施策の立案・実行から担っていただき、 プロダクトやチームにキャッチアップできた時点で、マーケティングチームの責任者ポジションの他、新規事業のマーケティング、事業責任者ポジションを務めていただくことを期待しています。

・事業グロースのためのマーケティング戦略の立案・企画

・事業グロースのための各種施策の立案・企画・実行・効果検証

・マーケティングチームのマネジメント

・プロダクトマネージャー、開発チームなどと連携したプロダクトやUXの改善に関する協力・支援

【求める人材】

【必須】

・IT業界のスタートアップまたはベンチャーで事業責任者(またはそれに準ずる役割)を担い、1→10フェーズの事業グロースにおいて実績を出した経験があること(PoCや事業企画のみなど、0→1フェーズのみはNG)

・グロース系のメンバーマネジメント経験

・マーケティング or パートナーアライアンス・サクセスに関する知識・経験

【給与】

年収:900万~1200万程度

年俸制:月額750000円
