Job Title: Manager, Advisory
Department: Work Dynamics Account Management (@Tokyo)
Major Responsibilities
The position is responsible for providing superior client services on FM (Facility Management) and PM (Project Management) consultation, and the support for the account team under the transition stage or the lack of key resources.
Also, she/he needs to collaborate with the Sales team to address client issues by organizing work content, compiling proposal materials including costs and schedules, and presenting these proposals to clients.

New business & organic growth
- Support the Work Dynamics sales team to find new business opportunities.
- Support transition activities moving smoothly for the successful DAY-1 of operations.
- Collaborate with onsite teams and other business line to expand our opportunities in existing accounts.
- Work Dynamicsの営業チームと協力して、新規ビジネスの機会を見つける。
- 運用開始日(DAY-1)を成功させるため、円滑なトランジション活動をサポートする。
- 現場チームや他の事業部門と協力し、既存のアカウントでの業務の拡大に寄与する。
Communications
- Communicate well internally/externally
- Build a strong relationship with Clients, Work Dynamics sales team (FM and PM) and onsite local teams
- Collaborate with local/regional Legal / Finance / HR / other functional teams to achieve our goals without any risks or issues

Consultations
- Provide the delivery, capital planning and management of a small projects program within Japan. Occasionally, will be required to follow up on large scale project oversight with a third-party PM vendor.
- Provide the delivery, due diligence or various benchmarking study of consulting projects related to facilities management.
- Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with all client representatives and service providers operating on the project
- Lead vendor partners on all assigned projects.
- Proactively identifies, reports, and solutions project and program risks
- Develop and maintain relationships with client and key vendor partners
- 日本国内での小規模プロジェクトの実施、資本的支出/予算を計画、管理をする。また、ケースにより第三者のPMベンダーと大規模プロジェクトの監督やフォローアップを実施する。
- FMに関連するコンサルティングプロジェクトの実施、デューデリジェンス、または様々なベンチマーキング調査を提供する。
- プロジェクトに携わるすべてのクライアント代表者およびサービスプロバイダーとの良好な関係を育成・維持する。
- 割り当てられたすべてのプロジェクトでベンダーパートナーをリードする。
- プロジェクトおよびプログラム/スケジュールのリスクを特定、報告し、積極的にそれらを解決する。
- クライアントおよび主要ベンダーパートナーとの関係を構築し、それを継続する。
Financial
- Manage project finances for capital projects within targeted percentage of budget
- Identify cost savings on all projects. Meet firms' goals for cost avoidance / savings
- Submit timely cost and schedule change requests

Account Management (if needed)
- Provide the delivery and management of transition before of operational launch within the required timeline and budget.
- Provide the client/team management as a temporary backfill until new manager will be assigned.

Others
- Propose and implement various solutions, recommendations and best practices for Work Dynamics Account Management to be a better organization
- Proactively consider new operational approaches (e.g. IoT and AI) to build out a future business model
- Provide administrative support within the Advisory team and Work Dynamics Account and collaborate with the Sales team to create sales materials such as presentations.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Experience
- 3 years plus experience in project management and 3 years plus experience in facilities management, critical engineering and/or building services.
- PMで3年以上、FM、重要設備管理および/または建築業界で3年以上の経験必須
