■ポジション概要
円滑な国際物流をマネジメントするリーダーをお任せ。
海外との電話や会議が頻繁にあります。
※関数を用いたデータ分析経験・プランニングのOAスキル歓迎
■具体的な業務内容
協力会社との関係構築
国内には通関業者、輸送業者、倉庫会社などの協力会社が多数あるため、適切な指示をスピーディに出しながら、全体をマネジメントして頂きます。
米国本社とも連携し、協力会社と円滑な国際物流構築を目指します。
チームマネジメント
普段はチームから上がってきた相談やエスカレーションに対応。
- 原因を特定したら、社内や米国本社、協力会社など世界中の関係者を巻き込んで問題解決を図ります。
- 海外とは定例ミーティングを行っているほか、現地へ赴いて視察を行うこともあります。

横浜本社のロジスティクスチームに配属します。

■必須
- メンバー育成やピープルマネジメントの経験
ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
※海外拠点との電話や会議が頻繁にあります。
PCスキル
※特にExcelスキルをお持ちの方
将来マネージャーへのキャリアを目指している方
■歓迎
- 安全保障輸出管理実務能力認定 保有者
- IATA(基礎、危険物)資格保有者
- 海上及び航空輸出(入)業務経験
- 物流管理、倉庫管理の経験
- 半導体製造装置、半導体に関する知識
- メーカーでのデータ分析経験
- 英語でのプロジェクト参加経験
- 社外のお客様との折衝経験
- SAP、Power BIの使用経験がある方
