業務内容

日本のデータセンター市場で多くのシェアを持っています。

現在、拡大を目指しており、HVACセールスの経験を持ち、技術仕様を理解できる

【セールスエンジニアまたはマネージャー】
を募集しています。

このポジションは、建設業界の分野を拡大することに焦点を当てており、

有名な建築事務所やゼネコン、下請け業者と協力する機会がございます。

■Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales

• Identify and pursue opportunities in the retrofit segment for HVAC systems.

• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users to secure product specifications.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.

• Technical Support

• Provide expert guidance on fan motor selection and integration for air conditioning applications.

• Assist customers with troubleshooting and retrofit solutions to improve system efficiency.

• Project Management

• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, and customer service) to ensure timely delivery and installation support.

• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate documentation.

• Market Intelligence

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide feedback to product development teams for continuous improvement.

応募条件

■必須

• 機械工学、電気工学または関連分野の学士号
• 10年以上のHVACまたは関連業界で10年以上の経験
• リトロフィットプロジェクトおよび仕様販売における実績
• HVACシステムおよびファンモーター技術に関する強力な技術知識
• セールスマネジメントの経験。
• 国内外の出張が可能なこと。
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• 目安:TOEIC 750点以上
