【業務内容】

Cake.jpの1,700店以上の加盟店と共に、

クリスマス・ホワイトデー・母の日などの季節商戦における

企画設計から実行までを担うポジションです。

単なる販促や広告企画ではなく、

売上目標の設計、商品ラインナップ構成、進行管理まで含めた

「EC事業としてのシーズナル企画」をお任せします。

シーズナル企画(季節商戦)の企画・MD

バレンタイン、ホワイトデー、母の日、クリスマスなどの

季節商戦に向けて、

  • 商品ラインナップ・価格帯の設計
  • 特集ページの企画立案
  • 過去実績を踏まえた企画改善

を行います。

商品企画・商品推進のディレクション

有名パティシエや加盟店と連携し、

Cake.jp限定商品の企画・商品化に向けた調整を行います。

「今年は◯◯がトレンドなので、

この切り口の商品を一緒に作りませんか?」といった提案から、

発売までの進行管理を担います。

※レシピ開発や製造業務は行いません。

有名ブランドの誘致・関係構築

ミシュラン掲載店や話題性のあるブランドなどの

出店サポートや関係構築にも関わっていただきます。

数値分析・加盟店との企画提案・関係構築までを担うポジションです。

求める人材:

必須条件

  • EC企画、マーケティング、MD、バイヤーいずれかの実務経験(2年以上/業界不問)
  • 数値目標を持ち、PDCAを回してきた経験
  • Excel等での基本的な数値管理スキル

歓迎条件

  • 食品・ギフト・菓子業界の経験
  • 季節商戦(母の日・クリスマス等)の企画・運営経験
  • ECやWebサービスにおける企画経験

勤務時間・曜日:

  • フレックスタイム制度(標準労働時間8時間/日)
  • コアタイム:10:00~15:00
  • フレキシブルタイム:6:00~10:00、19:00~22:00
  • 勤務日:平日(月~金)
  • 休日:土日祝休み
  • 勤務形態:原則週3回の出社、週2回のリモート勤務
  • 休憩時間:1時間(実働8時間)

休暇・休日:

フレックスタイム制

(標準労働時間8時間/コアタイム10:00~15:00)

※週3回出社・週2回リモートのハイブリッド勤務

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,000 〜 ¥375,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥71,000〜¥88,800(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
