株式会社ネックサスで SES営業 のお仕事です。
クライアント・パートナー様と技術者様の間に立ち、サポートし続けるお仕事です。
- IT業界でご活躍の個人事業主様、フリーランス様、パートナー会社様へプロジェクトのご紹介
- 技術者様へのヒアリング
- クライアント様に技術者様をご提案
- 面談のセッティング、条件交渉、PC手配 など
- プロジェクトに参画中の技術者様のケア
- クライアント様より技術者様のフィードバックを頂く、時には打ち合わせも開く
- 新規クライアント様やパートナー会社を発掘し、良好な関係を築き、案件や人材をご紹介し合う
- 技術者の作業報告書、経費の管理
アピールポイント:
- 現在日本での従業員数は 10 名。事業拡大により、新規求人を募集します。
- 基本的にリモート勤務。オフィスで顔を合わせてお互いに情報交換する機会は、月に1〜2回程。
- 外国籍の従業員がいるため、職場では、英語が飛び交う環境。
- もちろん日本語だけでもOKですが、英語や違う文化にアレルギーのない方でお願いします
- 業界未経験やブランクのある方、自分で積極的にお仕事に向かえる方なら大歓迎。
- 年間休日 は、カレンダー通り
- お盆休暇、年末年始気持ち長めに休暇あり。

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(実働8時間、休憩1時間)
