【職務内容】

同社は、データ分析やAIを軸とした技術力をベースに、

上流から下流までワンストップでクライアント様の事業推進を支援しています。

大手クライアントへのDX戦略の立案からAI技術の導入支援、実行までを一貫して担当いただきます。

対象顧客は製造、建設、物流などのインフラ産業に対して重点的に提案活動をしていきます。

【具体的には】

・DX戦略の立案 ・経営課題や外部環境の分析

・DXプロジェクトの推進 ・AI技術の導入支援 ・実行

・クライアントの経営陣との信頼関係の構築

・マーケティングチームとの連携 ・アドバイザーとしての役割

・具体的なアクションプランの策定・実行

・DX戦略やAIなどのデジタル技術を利活用した提案の実施

・数年後を見据えたロードマップの作成

・実行計画の詳細化

【求める人物像】

・複雑かつ高難度の案件に対し、好奇心を持ち積極的に取り組める人材

・業界動向や最新技術に関する深い洞察力を持ち、それらを活用して自己変革と顧客価値創造を継続的に行える方

・SIer環境での複雑なソリューション営業経験、特にエンタープライズレベルのシステム統合プロジェクトの提案・推進能力

【求める人材】

【必須】

下記いずれかのご経験

・IT業界におけるエンジニアとしてのご経験

・PMとしてのご経験、もしくはPMでのキャリアを積みたいという意欲のある方

・コンサルティングファームや大手Sler等でのプロジェクト推進経験

・AIや最新技術の知識

・インフラ産業に関する知識や経験

・新規事業立案やDXコンサルティングに関する実務経験

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
