仕事内容:
生成AIや Dify などのAIツール を活用し、業務自動化・DX推進を「技術」と「提案」の両面から支援するコンサルタント職です。
まずは Difyを活用した実装・導入支援 を中心に担当し、PoC設計・要件定義・クライアントとのディスカッションを通じて、段階的に上流フェーズへ関与範囲を広げていきます。
将来的には、プロジェクトマネジメントやチームリードとして、案件全体をリードする役割も期待しています。

- IT企業またはコンサル企業でのコンサルティング実務経験
プログラミング実務経験(以下いずれかの言語で業務経験)
フロントエンド:React, , TypeScript, バックエンド:Python(FastAPI, Django), , Go, Java クライアント折衝・要件定義・業務フロー設計などの経験
クラウド利用経験(AWS、GCPなど)
- プロジェクト単位での成果創出経験(チーム規模問わず)
【歓迎スキル】
- Difyや生成AIを用いた導入・開発経験
- RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation)を用いたシステム開発経験

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,500,000 〜 ¥7,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥73,200〜¥110,800(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

※年俸金額+月1万円のリモート手当(12万/年)を支給します。
