楽天モバイル株式会社は、日本で4番目の携帯キャリアとして、通信サービスとこれに関連する事業を行っています。法務部門は、多用な事業・サービスのストラクチャ設計、運用構築、契約書交渉、広告物レビューなど、ビジネスプロセスを広くサポートしています。また、ビジネスとの距離感が近く、B2C、B2Bいずれの経験も活かしていただくチャンスがある環境です。多岐に渡る法律問題に対し、スピード感とチャレンジ精神をもって取り組んでいただける方を募集します。

ポジション:
募集背景
事業の成長とAI等の技術進歩などを背景に、案件が増加傾向・複雑化傾向にあり、契約法や事業関係法へ柔軟かつ合理的な対応が求められています。こういった環境下で法務業務を遂行できる企業法務経験者又は弁護士業務経験者を歓迎します。

業務内容
下記いずれの業務内容を想定しており、経験やスキルに応じて相談。

・新サービス立ち上げに伴う適用法令を踏まえたスキーム構築

・各種プロジェクトに関する法的問題の分析・検討

・契約書・約款等策定

・個人情報保護法対応の検討・プライバシーポリシー検討

・訴訟、紛争等の対応

働く環境
B2C分野を担当するS&M法務グループとB2B分野を担当するネットワーク法務グループの2グループ構成。

18名(秘書含む)のスタッフで構成。女性比率及び女性管理職の比率が高い職場です。

ご経験に応じて、いずれかのグループへの配属となりますが、B2C、B2Bいずれの案件もご担当いただく可能性があります。

新卒と中途入社の比率は半々。中途入社スタッフは、主にメーカーや通信関連事業で法務経験のあるメンバーが多く活躍しています。

必須要件:
以下いずれかの経験

・企業での法務経験5年程度

・法律事務所での法務3年程度

歓迎要件:
・ 日本の弁護士資格

・ 通信業界/IT業界経験あり

・ 個人情報やプライバシー系の業務経験

・ AIや情報処理技術への精通

・ ビジネスレベル英語

主たる勤務地は 楽天クリムゾンハウスですが、東新宿オフィスも利用可能です
