・都市計画技術者

【業務内容】

・都市計画業務(各種マスタープラン、ウォーカブル、交通計画)全般

・市街地整備事業や民間開発事業の企画・構想等

・復興事前準備、震災復興業務

【応募資格・求める能力】

・行政発注及び民間事業の実務経験をお持ちの方。

・チームリーダー、またはそれに準ずる経験をお持ちの方。

・説明力、企画力、コミュニケーション能力を有する方。

・技術士をお持ちの方であれば、優先的に採用します。

(2)勤務時間

9時 00分 〜 17時30分 (休憩時間60分)

(3)休日

完全週休二日制(土曜・日曜日)祝祭日

・年末年始休日(12/29-1/4)

・6ヶ月経過後の年次有給休暇日数 10日

(4)給与

月給 250,000円~

※経験や能力を考慮の上決定します。

(5)加入保険

健康保険、厚生年金保険、雇用保険、労災保険

(6)契約期間

原則 1年

※試用期間3ヶ月あり

※勤務態度・勤怠等の状況により更新あり

※契約期間は最長5年です

※正社員登用実績あり
