仕事内容


『しゅふJOB』『スマートキャリア』派遣・人材紹介を運営する企業の人事・総務業務 ※経理・労務無し

【仕事内容】

  • 採用

・各部門から上がってくるポジションとペルソナの設定/調整/進捗対応

  • 正社員:グループのビースタイルホールディングスに依頼(採用業務はホールディングスが対応)
  • 正社員以外(パート職、業務委託など):自社内で対応

・事務手続き(稟議対応、入退社周りの手続き)

  • オンボーディング/育成

・研修準備(配属予定のポジションに合わせて、組織長と相談してカリキュラムを確定)

・研修実務(スケジュール調整、自身を含め講師のアサイン、資料のアップデートなど)

・研修期間中および現場配属後の受講者フォロー

  • 総務運営(月初1週目がメイン)

・インセンディブの取りまとめ/連携、管理における各種稟議申請

・会議体や各種運営の事務局対応

  • 週次:資料雛形準備、事前アナウンス、ファシリ

  • イベント系:四半期表彰・半期キックオフなど全社横断系の準備全般

  • その他

・データ集計/分析(ピポット程度)

・ビースタイルホールディングス人事本部との連携

  • 入退社、産育休者、異動者、各種情報/データ連携

・業務フローの標準化/効率化による生産性向上の取り組み

※ 経験に応じて、企画や運営事務局など幅広くお任せします

【年収・給与】

年収:430万円~500万円月給:307,143 円~357,143円・ご経験、お任せする役割により月給を決定します。・月給には30時間分の残業代(58,319 円~67,812 円)を含みます。・30時間超過分お支払いいたします。評価昇給:年2回(5月、11月)賞与:年2回(7月、12月)
