Sr. Specialist, Program Managementは全国の拠点間輸送を担う幹線運送会社(キャリア)およびアマゾン社内関連部署(計画/物流拠点/システム/財務等)と連携し、幹線輸送における様々なプログラムマネジメントを通じて輸送キャパシティの拡大と効率化に取り組みます。
具体的には以下のような業務を遂行していただきます。
■各種プログラムマネジメント
アマゾンの幹線輸送ネットワークは常に進化し続けており、多様な輸送モードによりお客様にご購入いただいた商品をより早く・安全にお届けしています。主力となる大型・中型トラックによる輸送に加えて、小型トラックを活用した輸送・集荷サービス、家具・家電などの大型商品輸送、日用品をいち早くお客様にお届けするための拠点間在庫移動など様々なプログラムが拡大を続けています。本ポジションにおいては、これらのプログラムを社内関連部門と連携して管理・発展させていくことに責任を負います。また、各プログラムの取扱いボリュームや対象エリアの拡大に合わせて、規模・コスト・品質などの観点から最適なキャリアを選定し、安定的に必要なキャパシティを確保し続けるための施策の立案・実行・検証を行います。また、プログラム単位の最適化を追求するだけではなく、それらを横断した輸送キャパシティの相互活用についてもイニシアチブを持って取り組みます。
■テクノロジーを活用した業務プロセス企画・改善
Amazonのビジネスの成長に伴う輸配送ネットワークの拡大・進化のスピードは圧倒的であり、これを支えているのが、システムやデータを活用し最適化したネットワーク設計・需要予測・配送計画の策定や、キャリアへの受発注や業務品質の可視化プロセスです。「より確実に、無駄なく、柔軟に」輸送キャパシティを確保できるよう、キャリア業務や中長期的な市場動向、併走する複数のシステム/プロジェクトへの理解を基に、新規プロジェクト又は既存業務の改善提案をリード又は参画し、関係各所との連携を取りながら戦略を立案・実行します。
■各プログラムにおけるピークキャパシティ確保のための戦術の立案・実行
アマゾンには年に数回大型セールを実施しており、期間中は通常期と比較して取扱いボリュームが大幅に増加します。各プログラムにおいても同様であり、毎年過去最高を更新し続ける取扱いボリュームをカバーするキャパシティをどのように確保するのか、本ポジションでは関連部署と連携してプロキュアメント方法についての戦術立案と実行を担います。また、安全・確実な輸送の実現のためにはキャリアの品質マネジメントが非常に重要であり、ピーク時には多くの新規キャリアが参入するため、事前の各種オペレーションの周知徹底と業務・運行品質の高位平準化にも、アカウントマネジメントチームと連携して取り組みます。
上記の通り、各プログラムやシステム活用において課題を抽出・分析し、柔軟かつデータドリブンな思考に基づいて改善アクションを立案・実行し、リーダーシップを発揮できる人材を募集します。
また、各プログラムやシステム検討などは基本的に英語でのミーティングが中心となるため、ビジネスレベルの英語力(会議でディスカッションできるレベル)があることが望ましいです。

Basic Qualifications
4年制大卒、またはそれに準ずる経験
中級以上のPCスキル(Word, Power Point, Excel(集計関数やピボットテーブルを使った分析) )
ビジネスレベルの日本語力
業界を問わず法人営業の経験、または情報分析などを通じた業務改善に携わった経験
IT企業やコンサルティングファームにおける物流業界担当、またはそれに準ずる経験
Preferred Qualifications
