フルリモート キャラクターのSNS運用担当

仕事内容


【業務内容】

本ポジションでは、TikTokおよびXを中心としたSNSアカウント運用をご担当いただきます。いずれか一方の媒体のみの運用も可能で、ご自身の得意領域やスキルに応じて担当範囲を調整できる環境です。

具体的な業務内容は下記です。

・SNS運用戦略の設計・企画立案:TikTokおよびXを対象に、媒体特性や目的に応じた運用方針・コンテンツ戦略を設計。KPI設定や投稿方針の策定、施策提案資料の作成など、上流工程から携わっていただきます。

・コンテンツ制作・クリエイティブディレクション:投稿用コンテンツの企画および制作、または制作ディレクションを担当。静止画素材を活用した動画化、音声付与、構成案作成などを通じて、各媒体に最適化した表現を制作します。

・投稿運用・効果検証・改善提案:投稿管理や配信後の数値分析を行い、エンゲージメントや反応をもとに改善施策を検討・実行。継続的な運用改善を通じて、アカウント全体の成果最大化を図ります。

  • 動画企画・撮影・編集・分析など、SNS運用代行に近い形で携わっていただきます。
  • 稼働:月50時間~/在宅勤務・フルリモートOK

②住宅・建築系クライアントのSNS運用(Instagram/YouTube)【時給2,500円~3,500円】

  • 住宅・建築関連企業の自社SNSを中心に、企画立案~運用・投稿管理・レポーティングを担当。
  • Instagram/YouTubeでの動画コンテンツ運用経験を活かせるポジション。
  • 稼働:月40時間/完全在宅ワーク・在宅勤務可能/フルリモート対応

③SNSマーケティング支援会社でのディレクション業務【時給2,800円~3,500円】

  • YouTube/TikTok/InstagramなどのSNS戦略立案・分析・運用ディレクションを中心に担当。
  • 実運用担当者と連携しながら、エンゲージメント改善や広告施策の最適化を推進。
  • 稼働:月60時間程度/在宅勤務・完全在宅ワーク可能

④動画SNS(YouTube/TikTok/Instagram)運用・企画担当【時給2,500円~3,500円】

  • SNSチャンネルの動画企画・撮影・編集・投稿分析を担当。
  • 再生回数・エンゲージメント(いいね・保存・コメント)向上をKPIに改善を推進。
  • 稼働:月40時間程度/在宅勤務・リモートワークOK/完全在宅対応
