▍募集背景

現在弊社では事業拡大をさらに加速させるため、採用チームの強化を進めています。採用チームは人事マネージャー1名、中途採用担当2名、新卒採用担当2名、アシスタント1名で構成されており、今回は採用業務全般をリードできるメンバーを募集します。

本ポジションでは採用だけでなく、採用マーケティングや定着率改善、組織課題の解決、社員のロイヤリティ向上に向けた取り組みなど、人事領域全般に関わる機会が多いため、ベンチャー企業ならではのスピード感のある環境で、事業のスケールを肌で感じながら働くことができます。

▍具体的な業務内容

・採用戦略の立案から実行

・社内ニーズの取りまとめ

・ペルソナ設計/求人作成

・スカウト対応(人選、スカウト文作成、送信)

・書類選考・面談・面接

・エージェントとのリレーション構築

・採用進捗管理、分析

・内定後のクロージング

・入社後のオンボーディング

・採用ブランディング及び採用広報の戦略設計・実行

・その他採用に関わる業務全般

※入社後すぐは採用業務をご担当いただきます。

その後はご希望や適性に応じて、組織開発や人材育成といった分野にも挑戦いただくことが可能です。
