店舗やオフィスをはじめ、商業施設・イベント・展示会などの内装施工管理業務をお任せします。

■具体的な業務内容

・商業施設・イベント・展示会の売場・催事・展示会場の設営施工・撤去(レンタル什器を活用)

・ウインドウディスプレイの製作

・新店舗・改装に伴う内装工事の施工管理

・クライアント(百貨店・ブランド・商業施設など)との商談、打合せ

・ディスプレイ計画~施工~引き渡しまで一貫した進行管理

・スケジュール・品質・安全管理、協力会社との調整

求める人材:

【応募条件】

・商業施設における施工管理または工事管理経験をお持ちの方

・CAD、イラストレータの操作可能な方 ※簡単な設計が出来る方

・基本的なエクセル・ワードの操作ができる方

・普通自動車運転免許(AT不可)

※中型自動車免許保持者優遇(お持ちでない方は会社負担で取得可)

・建築施工管理技士

・1級、2級建築士

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥216,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥25,000(15時間相当分)を含む。15時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年収:280万円~400万円

年齢給あり(年齢に応じて給与を加算)

賞与:年2回(7月・12月)

通勤手当:月額5.5万円まで支給

家族手当:配偶者21,000円・子(扶養義務のある22歳迄の学生に限る一名当たり9,000円・父母(同居且つ、扶養義務のある場合一名当たり2,000円)
