飛び込みで売り込むのではなく、お客様の希望を聞いて、ぴったりのお部屋を提案し、

内覧〜契約までをサポートする仕事です。

営業経験は問いません。

大切なのは、素直に学ぶ姿勢と、まず動いてみる行動力。

未経験からスタートした先輩も多数活躍中です

【具体的なお仕事】

  • お客様の希望条件をヒアリング
  • 条件に合う物件の検索・ご提案
  • 社用車での内覧ご案内
  • 契約書作成・各種手続きサポート
  • 物件写真の撮影・情報更新 など

まずは先輩の同行からスタートできるため、未経験の方でも安心して業務を覚えられます♪

どこの営業店も駅チカですので、電車通勤に適した立地環境です。

給与:

■試用期間 3ヶ月(この期間条件変わりなし)

弊社では歩合制を取り入れているので、あなたの頑張り次第では大幅給与UPもあります◎
