Job Responsibilities
(Cluster Director of Food & Beverage of Andaz Tokyo and Hotel Toranomon Hills - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt)

  • ・ Oversee all Food & Beverage operations and ensure alignment with Hyatt brand standards.
  • ・ Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost control and revenue strategies.
  • ・ Lead the development of annual business and marketing plans for all outlets and banquet operations.
  • ・ Ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining updated departmental manuals and effective communication.
  • ・ Monitor service quality on the floor, provide coaching, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • ・ Handle guest and internal customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • ・ Maintain product quality by reviewing menus, monitoring offerings, and evaluating market trends.
  • ・ Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and team development for all F&B employees.
  • ・ Ensure compliance with financial, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
  • ・ Build strong relationships with business partners and competitors, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in F&B management within luxury hotels or comparable operations.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profit optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership, talent development, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ability to elevate guest experience through service quality enhancement and operational innovation.
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
  • Working knowledge of marketing, PR opportunities, and product development in hospitality.
  • Creative, flexible, and open-minded approach aligned with the brand spirit.
  • Thorough understanding of hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Strong professional presence and commitment to Hyatt's Values and Culture.
