  • 業務内容

業務用クリーニング機器の開発・製造を行う当社の制御盤設計担当として、PLCソフト開発/制御盤設計~試作~開発まで一貫して担っていただきます。「製品の耐久性」と「コストダウン」がミッションです。既存製品の改造だけでなく、1から新製品の設計も行うため、技術者として幅広い知識が身につき、作り手の喜びを実感できるお仕事です。170以上の機種がある中で、より市場ニーズや顧客要望に叶う新製品を開発していただくことを期待しています。

  • 働き方

・業務を習得後は、現地での据付、試運転調整のため出張が発生します。エリアは全国、1泊~3泊程度、頻度は1~2か月に1回程度です。修理については基本的に代理店が対応します。

  • 入社後の流れ

入社後約1~3ヶ月程度は製造現場を経験。各部門の役割や想いを知っていただいた上で設計を行うことで、モノづくりを楽しみながら設計ができると考えております。PLC設計未経験でご入社された方も、入社後にスキルを身に着けてご活躍をいただいております。

  • 開発の流れ

以下のように全部門同社工場内で行っているため、製品が出来上がる様子を目の前で見守ることが可能です。製品の約97%を内製化しています。

(営業部門)市場調査による市場ニーズを検証、仕様を決定価格とのバランスをみながら仕様調整

(設計部門)製品ロゴやデザインを考える部品・製造ライン・工程などの調整設計自ら試作試運転・完成品のチェック

(製造部門)製造開始

  • 必須条件:※以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・機械系学科卒

・製造業でのご経験(サービスエンジニア、生産技術、CADオペレーターなど)

・機械設計のご経験

  • 歓迎条件:

・量産機器(機械)の設計経験 (軽量化、コストなどを検討した設計のご経験)

年齢の条件と理由:あり(例外事由3号のイ・50歳未満(長期勤続によるキャリア形成のため))
