内製化率は、驚異の98%

自身が設計したものが1~10まで目の前で完成できるやりがい

  • 業務内容

業務用クリーニング機器専門メーカーである当社の機械設計担当として、製品の設計~試作~開発まで一貫して担っていただきます。170以上の機種がある中で、より市場ニーズや顧客要望に叶う新製品を開発していただくことを期待しています。

入社後約1~3ヶ月程度は研修の為、製造現場を経験。各部門の役割や想いを知っていただいた上で設計を行うことで、モノづくりを楽しみながら設計ができると考えております。

当社は昨年、2027年度に売上100億を目指す5か年計画を発表致しました。現在、欧州などの海外を含めた更なる事業拡大にむけて採用活動を強化しています。一緒にモノづくりを楽しみながら「尾道発世界一」を目指していただける方を募集しております。

  • 開発の流れ

以下のように全部門同社工場内で行っているため、製品が出来上がる様子を目の前で見守ることが可能です。製品の約97%を内製化しています。

(営業部門)市場調査による市場ニーズを検証、仕様を決定価格とのバランスをみながら仕様調整

(設計部門)製品ロゴやデザインを考える部品・製造ライン・工程などの調整設計自ら試作試運転・完成品のチェック

(製造部門)製造開始

求めている人材

  • 必須条件:※以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・機械系学科卒

・製造業でのご経験(サービスエンジニア、生産技術、CADオペレーターなど)

・機械設計のご経験

  • 歓迎条件:

・量産機器(機械)の設計経験 (軽量化、コストなどを検討した設計のご経験)

年齢の条件と理由:あり(例外事由3号のイ・50歳未満(長期勤続によるキャリア形成のため))

基本給:月給 23万5000円 〜 45万円
