【仕事内容】

食品業界をはじめ幅広い業界のお客様にパッケージや梱包資材の提案営業を行います。

  • 主な仕事の流れ

[1]お客様のご要望をヒアリング

[2]ご要望に合う商品を調査

[3]提案

[4]納品

[5]アフターフォロー

※一日のスケジュールは自分で組み立てます。

・提案、納品して終わりではなくアフターフォローまでしっかり伴走します。これも信頼関係を築いていくのに大変重要なことです。

・提案方法はあなた次第。営業スタイルに正解はありません。

【入社後の流れ】

まずは、先輩と一緒に現場に同行をすることから始めます。

先輩の仕事ぶりをみて仕事の流れを覚えましょう。

簡単な仕事ではありませんが、商品の完成にあなた自身の力が大きくかかわるのでやりがいは十分。「資材のことなら大日さんに。」と言っていただけるよう、一緒に関係を築いていきましょう。
