海外向け化学系プラントの開発・設計エンジニアリング業務【プラント】

仕事内容

130年以上の歴史を誇る川崎重工業の化学プラント事業において、注力領域である海外向け化学系プラント(GTG(Gas To Gasoline)プラント、肥料プラント等)の開発・設計エンジニアリング業務等をご担当いただきます。

【具体的には】

・プロセス設計(物質・熱収支、プロセス条件検討、PFD作成)

・P&ID作成、レイアウト設計、機器リスト等の図面・図書作成

・機器仕様選定を含む調達設計(購入仕様書作成、ベンダー技術照会・比較評価、品質要求の定義)

・HSEワークショップ対応(HAZOP/安全レビューの計画・実施・アクションフォロー)

・現地試運転時の派遣技師業務(据付確認、試運転計画・手順書整備、性能確認、顧客・ベンダーとの技術折衝) 等

海外は近年では主にロシアや中央アジア地域が中心となります。設計段階における開発・設計エンジニアリング業務は基本的に国内事務所での勤務となります。使用言語は英語に加え、ロシア語が中心となりますが、社内に語学に長けたメンバーや、現地での通訳もいますのでロシア語が未経験の方もご安心ください。

ロシア語がお得意な方は語学力を活かして活躍のフィールドが更に広がります。

プラントソリューション部ソリューションサービス課

実際に顧客に設備の組み合わせを提案したり、プロセス設計やエンジニアリング業務を行う部署となっております。

浮上したアイデアなどを関連部署と連携することで、より顧客への価値貢献を最大化できるように取り組んでいるのが特徴です。

なお、適性を考慮し同部内で新規プラントビジネス開発を主に行うソリューションビジネス課へ配属することもあります。

資格

【必須】

・高専卒以上(理工系)

下記のいずれかのご経験がある方

プラントエンジニアリング・関連機器メーカー(単体機器等)における設計・開発・エンジニアリング等務経験

例:化学、オイル&ガス、水処理、発電など

化学プラントにおける設備保全や保守、アフターサービス等のご経験

対象は液体化学品やガス系プロセスを扱う化学プラント(例:石油化学、アンモニア、メタノールなど)

ロシア語学力(ロシア語での会話力)をお持ちで、何らかの技術系職種ご経験

例:設計、生産技術、生産管理、設備保全等

【モデル年収】

約540万円/25歳(月給約29万円+賞与+時間外労働手当)

約870万円/36歳(月給約46万円+賞与+時間外労働手当)

約900〜1050万円/40歳・基幹職(月給約55万円+賞与)

※基幹職については時間外労働手当なし、その他は20hを想定

※上記はモデル例であり、ご経験や期待役割に応じて決定
